Jeanine Abraham
Jeanine T. Abraham is a professional chef, Health Coach and JourneyDance™ Facilitator (JourneyDance is an artistic movement form that allows people to empower themselves through movement.). Jeanine has been producing cooking class events, parties, weddings, and social events for over 7 years in NYC. She is a graduate of the Integrative School of Nutrition and has worked as a chef creating unique and healthy dishes for the JivamukTea cafe in New York city and at wellness retreats in the Bahamas, Hawaii, Nevada, Beverly Hills, Costa Rica and Washington, D.C.; as well as within her own catering and events company, Mélange Internationale. She has led JourneyDance workshops at The Ailey Extension, Jivamukti Yoga School, Kripalu Yoga Center and the Omega Institute and teaches movement and nutrition to the second grade class at PS 186 in Brooklyn.
Jeanine enjoys teaching people how to cook simple and delicious feasts, create realistic and fun fitness goals, and create a supportive community through dance classes. She believes using "real food for real people" is the way to create sustainable plans for busy New Yorkers.
