Sylvia Mueller
Massage Therapist
Sylvia is a graduate of the Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy and a New York State licensed massage therapist. Sylvia holds a certificate in pre and perinatal massage along with practicing Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial therapy, trigger point release, sports, medical, hot stone, and shiatsu. Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rutgers University and had spent a bit of time in the magazine publishing world before deciding to merge her passion for being physically active with a career in bodywork. Sylvia is a long distance cyclist, avid hiker and backpacker, novice runner, practitioner of yoga and an aspiring surfer.
