Other services include; Thai bodywork, shiatsu, Maya abdominal massage, rolfing, reiki, craniosacral, Alexander technique, Feldenkrais, intuitive strategy, ear candling, MELT Method, private yoga, meditation, personal training, and more.

Element Natural Healing Arts, founded in December 2001 by Christina Morris. Element was established to provide care for those seeking to improve their health and well being. A growing number of people find themselves searching for natural approaches to medicine and preventative healthcare. Our therapies are effective in treating a wide range of health concerns.

The overall needs of our patients are met through treatment, education, and lifestyle management. Each treatment session is tailored to suit the needs of the individual patient.

Forecast: Cold and Snow

This weekend promises more cold and potential winter weather. No surprise. It’s January! And while winter can be magical snow globe of the sparkly stuff and plenty of hot cocoa with the ever-present promise of a snow day for both kids and kids-at-heart), it also can also increase the risk of physical injury for the young, the old, and the in-between. Cold, snow, and ice of the season bring a myriad potential problems.

Recently I was honored to be interviewed by our community newspaper, The Red Hook Star Revue. The Red Hook Star Revue began publishing in June, 2010. They are the only neighborhood newspaper to serve the Red Hook, Carroll Gardens, Columbia Waterfront District, and Gowanus communities.

Baby Steps

This time of year, we all have grand aspirations for New Year’s resolutions. Expensive gym memberships, high tech kitchen equipment, stringent juice cleanses, and lofty philanthropic goals all start with great intentions but often morph into strangling guilt as the year marches on. Element Natural Healing Arts is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. We located for both Brooklyn and Manhattan residents with nearby bus and subway lines (closest station is the F or G train at Carroll Street).
